A NEW Massachusetts poll reveals whatever drift the Warren campaign was reportedly experiencing may have been righted.
The survey of Bay State voters conducted Sept. 6-13 by the Western New England University Polling Institute through a partnership with The Republican and MassLive.com, shows Warren leading over Brown, 50 to 44 percent, among likely voters. [h/t DailyKos]

Lets hope this poll is accurate. Although polls are polls and can be misleading. But she would be such a breath of fresh air in congress….GO WARREN!!
One thing that I like about Elizabeth Warren is how she lied about being an American Indian. Warren is a dirtbag, but she is our dirtbag.
Please, so many Americans DO have Red and Black and any rainbow of ethic mixes it is ludicrous to try to make anything up about this….unless you’re a repugnantklan/teabagger anyway. And speaking of lies, while Ms. Warren can’t PROVE she has native American ancestry it also can’t be proven she DOESN’T….as opposed to both Mitt da Twit and Lyin Ryan who have so many documented lies their campaign for all practicle purposes is COMPLETELY made up of lies.
One odd-ball poll and you are all excited?
It’s not an oddball poll. Most of the polls that have been done periodically in that race show Warren gaining. See Real Clear Politics and compare pollster by pollster. Western NE just went from polling registered voters to polling likely voters with this poll.
I’m inclined to think that at this point, RCP is probably about right – it’s a toss up at this point. It started out being advantage Brown, and has gradually turned into a contest.
The other thing that is a possible plus for Warren is the advantage in number of Dem voters in Massachusetts, but that also depends on people turning out for Obama.
I see Warren as kind of a Paul Wellstone candidate where the polls aren’t going to reflect everything that is going on. She seems to be more attuned to what’s going on on the ground that on the air waves.
