You want Joe’s job for the next four years? Hillary laughs out loud.
IT’S AS IF President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton are laughing at how stupid the suggestion is and always has been. Making fun of one last push from the right.
“They know that what they’re saying about this is ridiculous,” Carney said at a briefing with reporters… [The Hill]
Politico did it’s usual traffic generating post on the subject, teasing that “blogs buzz over Joe Biden-Hillary Clinton swap,” even if the only blogs buzzing were on the right, with the pitbull peanut galley and the man who picked her for vice president when she wasn’t close to being ready revealing why they’re both on the sidelines looking on.
Republicans and their wingnut allies are trying to bring Vice President Joe Biden down to Paul Ryan’s level. Good luck with that. On foreign policy, that’s never going to happen. Biden has more knowledge in his little finger where national security is concerned than Romney and Ryan combined. I don’t always agree with Biden, but there is no one today in government that is more competent on foreign affairs.
Well, there’s one person, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who is in the perfect job, after having battled to bring the State Department back from the dead after the last Republican administration neutered its power, which is exactly what Romney-Ryan would do again.
