OFFICERS INVOLVED in the shooting in front of the Empire State Building on Friday were reportedly responsible for the shooting of innocent bystanders in the mayhem.

From a distance of less than 10 feet, the officers, Craig Matthews and Robert Sinishtaj, answered in unison; one shot nine times and the other seven. Investigators believe at least 7 of those 16 bullets struck the gunman, said Paul J. Browne, the Police Department’s chief spokesman. New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is one of the leaders in the Mayors Against Illegal Guns organization, as well as the battle to get illegal guns off city streets.

It also highlights the cozy relationship between New York’s billionaire mayor and his militaristic, contemptible, fascist police commissioner who’s claim to fame is his training of the Iraqi police under the Bush Administration. A hail of bullets to bring down a knife wielding homeless person in the middle of Times Square; a hail of bullets to bring down a shooter outside the Empire State building; a hail of bullets to kill an innocent man sitting in his own car; and let us not forget the infamous 41 shots. We then have the revelation of the police department spying on every citizen with hidden camera’s; the endless battle over stop and frisk; the sending of intelligence operatives across the country to spy on residents of other states; how many insults does it take to reign in this rogue police force and it’s ” Sardi’s ” loving police commissioner.
