WELCOME to the new TM.com.
It’s a new-media magazine that gives viewers a snapshot of the day.
Politics is primary, then anything goes after that. This means new topics, including subjects not regularly seen here before.
It’s a new look accompanied by a much broader lens on what’s covered.
We’ll see what develops.
TM note: BIG PROPS go to AgoraNet and Lorie Miller, the best tech whiz in the biz. We’ve been together a while now and she always delivers. Always. We’ll be working on some things in the hours ahead, but most things are working well.

Looks nice! I am happy my same username/pass still works.
Mine too….Kinda a shock when I came here though!
I love the new look. Also, I’m looking forward to topics that cover more than politics. Yey! I had to change my PW, but who cares, that’s nothing compared to this uber super news!
Hey all, glad you’re finding you’re way around.
No way to do accept to do it. Can’t really tease something like this, with such a shift.
Thanks, newdealdem1. Appreciate it.
Well well WELL! Now this I like!
I love the article excepts and the layout just WORKS! There’s a certain flow now that I think works well with your content Taylor. Much respect to Agora-Net and Lorie Miller who made the most out of a two column design that feels much larger.
Great! Thanks, T-Steel, wondered what you’d think.
Lorie did a tremendous job.
Very cool! TM 2.0. Up, up, and away!
heheh… !
I like the new layout. It makes the day’s content easy to find, generally speaking.
Well, there is one exception. I’ve hidden a clue to what that is in the text of this sentence. No, actually, I didn’t hide it. The new format did.
Should be good to go now, Cujo359.
No, I’m afraid links are still hidden from view, at least within articles and comments. Strangely, they are visible in the previous/next story links (colored grey, rather than black).
I don’t know what the problem is. I download the source HTML of one of your stories, but the link styles are defined several different places in CSS. What’s more, the copy that Firefox saved does show links with underlines.
I’m using Firefox on Linux. I don’t think the particular rev of either is the problem since I’m writing this on a much newer Linux (3.5.1 vs. 2.6.35) and Firefox (14.0.1 vs. 2.6.24) than I used to write the previous comment.
Oh, yes, I realize links are hidden, which Lorie is working on. Of course, you can always bold the text that is part of the link until she finds the solution.
I was talking about the editor, Cujo359.
Your links should be showing up now.
Yes, they’re showing up as blue now. Thanks.
Thanks Tucker.
WOOF!
I LOVE the new look!
I just noticed formatting options have disappeared, hope that will come back.
Yeah, Cujo359 made that point above. We’ll see what’s available to add, Isis.
Glad you like the look!
Love the layout. I can tell at a quick glance what I have and haven’t read in a given day. I don’t have to scroll down anymore. Thanks for the effort and talent that went into the change.
Thanks for weighing in, DocP.
Taylor, I don’t often get the chance to log in and comment, usually having just enough time to read the articles and see what people are saying, but I just wanted to take a second to let you know that I love the new layout, as well as the idea that politics will be front and center, but other topics will be introduced as well. I am going to try to weigh in more often in the comments. Thanks for doing what you do Taylor!
Thanks for taking a second to weigh in. It’s appreciated.
*Gosh Taylor it is like when I came home as a kid and mom had rearranged the living rom. I always loved that. Fun new layout. You always keep things interesting. Thanks.
WoW!!!! *
Went away for the weekend.
Returned home and the house is redecorated.
Nice surprise. :-)
It’s quite a change. Glad you like it, Ramsgate.
*Much easier to navigate and very nice Taylor!
Hey Ga6thDem. Thanks so much.
