Viagra Legislation: We’re All Concerned About the Boys

Sen. Nina Turner of Ohio is concerned about men.

If you think about it, she’s right.

The FDA believes it’s important to find out why men need Viagra before dispensing the little blue pill. It’s important to be sure the cure fits what ails them.

From Dayton Daily News (h/t Think Progress):

A critic of efforts to restrict abortion and contraception for women, Turner says she is concerned about men’s reproductive health. Turner’s bill joins a trend of female lawmakers submitting bills regulating men’s health. Turner said if state policymakers want to legislate women’s health choices through measures such as House Bill 125, known as the “Heartbeat bill,” they should also be able to legislate men’s reproductive health. Ohio anti-abortion advocates say the two can’t be compared.

The so-called “heartbeat bill” sponsored by Rep. Lynn Wachtmann is another arrow from the right in the war on women, which is causing Republicans to lose steam with the ladies across the country.

But maybe the notion of the “heartbeat bill” was the inspiration, because it’s important for men to have a healthy heartbeat before they start messing around and taking ED pills that could endanger their life.

We’re all concerned about the boys and, because we all know how irresponsible you can be about your health.

HA, HA, HA!! Who was it that opined that “not being able to have sex is a non-life threatening condition? Nobody ever died because they didn’t have sex?”

I mean, isn’t impotence God’s way of retiring people from the gene pool?

I’m just glad a few female legislators have the spine to put up these bills. The move is just perfect.

The truth is the is no reason for men to not take care of themselves and to make healthy and right choices when it comes to their health. Guys like myself who never smoked and walk alot to try to take care of myself, there is no reason for men to subject something that could damage anything to their body. I know many older guys that are in their 80s and 90s and doing great because they took care of themselves. I don’t think wives are putting up with their husbands not going to the doctor to get check-ups no more. With more women working and getting the same results as guys when it comes to stress, the lifespan for men is getting alot better. I think first lady Michelle Obama is helping not only girls but boys and men to eat healthy and take care of themselves. The day when the guys take it easy way out and not take care of themselves are numbered. There will come a day when men will live way longer, maybe not as long as women but close enough to maybe a few years apart.

    Operation Half-Mast :)

Just like amendments proposed that require Indiana legislators take a mandatory drug test along side the welfare recipients they are targeting…what’s good for the goose is good for the gander.
