Hot Mike Moment Between Obama and Medvedev

video platformvideo managementvideo solutionsvideo player

Pres. Obama is in Seoul, South Korea for the international nuclear security summit.

Obama delivered a stern message to North Korea, declaring a permanent end to bait-and-switch negotiations where Pyongyang pretends to negotiate concessions for western aid while clandestinely continuing its nuclear weapons and ballistic missile schemes.

But the political news today out of the Seoul summit is of one particular moment.

Jake Tapper of ABC News got the video and the transcript:

The exchange:

President Obama: On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this, this can be solved but it’s important for him to give me space.

President Medvedev: Yeah, I understand. I understand your message about space. Space for you…

President Obama: This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility.

President Medvedev: I understand. I will transmit this information to Vladimir.

As the “flexibility” statement telegraphs Pres. Obama obviously believes he’ll win in November, an Administration official offered this: “…this is not the kind of year in which we’re going to resolve incredibly complicated issue like this…”

Yo man, I got you after I win this election. Trust me, that is when the REAL screwing of America begins…

Frankly anyone who is a sitting President who approaches policies, foreign or domestic with an “well IF I get re-elected” game face has already lost. And besides, is there anyone here…and that means the trolls too…who SERIOUSLY thinks as things stand now, with ANY of the wingnut meatpuppets Obama is NOT going to win?

It’s really not about him winning again because anyone paying attention has already picked up on the message from the media.

The bigger question is what does he have planned for our country when he is no longer accountable to anyone…

I guess you people weren’t around when GHWB Had a 91% approval rating after the Pershing Gulf War going into the 1992 presidential election or how no one would vote no one would vote for an old, crazy, dangerous right winger against Jimmy Carter in 1980. If the stock market drops 20%-30% before the election (which is controlled by Wall Street) and gas is $5.00 a gallon ( which is controlled by the oil industry) and unemployment begin rising (controlled by the private sector), and all the groups want Obama to lose, then say hello to President Rommey.
