Stephen Colbert, National Treasure,
Draws Twitter Hate After Trump

“I’m going to continue to do what I do with anything Colbert: I am going to refuse to watch the SOB.” – Karl Rove [Deadline]

STEPHEN COLBERT delivered an eviscerating rant against Donald Trump, which lit up Twitter. #FireColbert began trending.

About once every monologue, the CBS censors have to bleep something he says about Trump. It’s a moment his audience and fans have come to wait for every night.

The harshest Trump critic on television, Colbert didn’t mince words after President Trump dismissed CBS’s John Dickerson after their interview.

The video below catches a classic Trump moment after he delivered the slight to Dickerson. Trump walks over to his desk, sits down and starts reading a bunch of papers, which were obviously set on his desk as props.

Colbert then unloaded on POTUS, with squeals of delight rising up from his audience.

Brutal.

Nobody does it like Colbert.

“Late Show” host Stephen Colbert is facing backlash for a joke he made about President Donald Trump on Monday night that many are calling “homophobic.”

“Sir, you attract more skinheads than free Rogaine,” Colbert said near the end of the insult-laden rant. “You have more people marching against you than cancer. You talk like a sign language gorilla that got hit in the head. In fact, the only thing your mouth is good for is being Vladimir Putin’s c–k holster.” The final remark has drawn the internet’s ire, with viewers taking to social media to declare Colbert is homophobic. The hashtag #FireColbert began spreading around Twitter, along with calls for people to boycott sponsors of the late-night show.

“HOMOPHOBIC”? Only if you don’t understand what Trump providing cover for Putin is all about.
