Easter Snowfall…

20130325_075830

THE SNOWFALL today beats them all.

Waiting for the Cherry Blossom Festival, we’re very glad the last spring snows weren’t preceded by warm weather, or the Cherry Blossoms would be fallen and damaged, instead of hibernating for just the right moment.

It’s the most gorgeous Monday of the season, winter or spring.

    As always, love the photos.

Here in Central Texas, where plains meet rolling hills, we actually had a freeze, something that not that many years ago happened regularly from Fall to Spring. The very different weather, including record high temps throughout the year, and a continuing drought, require constant adjustments for farmers, ranchers, gardeners, and everyone else.

Hearing from people around the nation / world, we are very obviously among many doing such “adjusting.”

This snowfall is even prettier than the earlier one this March!

It stopped for a while, but is now coming down again and it’s supposed to last all day.

    LOVE IT.
