The Pasta Bolognese with Pappardelle, made with spicy turkey sausage (from Whole Foods) and ground turkey instead of ground beef, with a h/t to chef Anne Burrell’s recipe morphed into my special rendition, was a huge hit with Mark and me. Marvelous.
Our kitties will get protein treats and a catnip Christmas high.
