TAKING A breather before the debate, a photo from Mitt Romney’s body man.

— MORE DRONES. It’s now agreed upon by Democrats and Republicans. Swell.

— Two candidates, both competing for master of the universe, guns blazing as the klieg lights shine the spotlight.

— Obama just smoked Romney: “Yes and we have fewer horses and bayonets than in 1916!” Wound delivered. Epic take down. “Not a game of battleship.”

— Romney starts looking down. Wants to be anywhere else. FLAILING… fumbling… Hold on… Romney losing it and Obama knows it.

— We’re now talking about Obamacare. Bob Schieffer has completely lost the thread. Bring in Rachel Maddow and Bret Baier, who should have done this in the first place.

— KABOOM. “peaceful planet… peace… PRINCIPLES OF PIECE.” (PAUSE) More “peace… peace.” You heard it here first, folks. Republican talking heads foreshadowed it…

— Obama mentions “women” again, Romney hasn’t. Not sure he gets Secretary Clinton’s 20-year cause to educate on women’s impact on a country’s stability.

— Team Obama wants you to see this video…

— Romney screws up the geography of Syria and Iran. Couldn’t rewrite it if I tried.

— “Replacement government,” speaking of Syria, Romney’s neocon advisers finally found the reusable term.

— Schieffer is bouncing topics like a moderator ball.

— Obama cites Secretary Clinton’s 20-year belief on women as part of U.S. foreign policy. Right on.

“Attacking me is not an agenda.” – Mitt Romney

— Obama is very aggressive, saying Romney is always wrong. Slams him as having foreign policy of the 1980s: “import the foreign policy of the 1980s … the social policies of the 1950s and the economic policies of the 1920s.”

9:07 pm – Lauding Libya intervention. Says Romney’s strategy “all over the map.”

9:06 pm – Change from Obama, no longer saying Al Qaeda is gone, but that their “core leadership” has been decimated.

9:05 pm – First move from Mitt Romney is to Obama’s left…

“We can’t kill our way out of this mess.” – Mitt Romney

— Romney in red tie, Obama in blue. You do know what red symbolizes, yes?
