The MSM runs the debates, and the parties run the MSM. Which means that Gary Johnson could be polling at 50% and he would not get in to the debates. Political office is treated like an Exclusive Club in this country, and to get in you don’t need an issue, you don’t need a cause, you just need your card stamped by the Republicans or the Democrats.

We need to stop pretending we live in a Republic. Our government is the property of two parties, No New Ideas Need Apply. That’s how the 1 percent like it, and they get what they want, always.

I’m rooting for Johnson to make enough of a ruckus that the subject of what’s going on at least gets mentioned.

I wish Johnson luck on this, but I’m pretty sure he won’t be in the debates, largely for the reasons jjamele mentions.

Join the Rebels with Just Cause for real change going back to our roots. A declaration is an affirmation. Independence means self-government. They could have called The Declaration of Independence, The Affirmation of Self-Government!

Gary Johnson and Judge Jim Gray are the only choice to Save the American Dream: Self-Government, freedom from big government tyranny and oppression…. and to Restore Justice, the guardian of Liberty! The people believe in self-government and self-medication.

I’m not voting for the lesser of two evils. Obama & Romney have deserted
    the American Dream.

Hope we win this ant-trust lawsuit! Thanks for all you do for reform: tweeting and other uses of the Internet to connect and spread the word about Gary Johnson and Judge Jim Gray! We can get them in the polls, the debates and the White House!

Oh, for crying out loud. The guy who leads the party of “government has no business regulating markets” is using a law that regulates markets to get himself into the debates. Let’s just say that there’s plenty of hypocrisy in this election already, and when I see something like this and it takes days to register, I’d say it’s going to take a lot more than Gary Johnson to fix things.

I just hope that I get to see a Jill Stein-Gary Johnson debate. Just imagine- a debate in which strongly held opinions and real issues are out in the open. In which real solutions are proposed. Sure aren’t going to get that out of Obama v. Romney or Biden v. Ryan.
