Talk about history LL. This video is something. If you all have a few minutes it’s worth watching :-)

So what do you have to say for yourself Ms. Marsh?

I’m just playing with you. We need some fun after the last few days :-)

  2. Taylor Marsh says:

OH. MY. GOD. Talk about a blast from the past. Hilarious.

I stand by everything I said. But it’s interesting that people don’t remember that I wasn’t for Hillary until the pile on started. Always interesting to see the hate I generate, via comments.

But that hair color! Straight out of Beverly Hills, baby.

  3. kris says:

I thought it was terrific to hear the critiques of candidates at that point. I really loved the Edwards is so honest thing and when the prostitution question came up he declined to comment.

Hillary didn’t seem to impress anyone. Great stuff.

And yeah —- love the hair.

  4. kris says:

Like the suit also. So serious.

  5. Taylor Marsh says:

At the start, kris, she was *very* aloof. Remember her launch? Sitting in her living room or whatever looking quite removed? Such a difference from the blue collar Hill that emerged at the end.

Hillary didn’t impress until she hit the Vegas health care event. Edwards tried, but was off his game after Elizabeth’s announcement that her cancer had come back in earnest. We all know what else was behind that one now. …and at the Vegas event, Obama phoned it in, saying he’d have something on health care in a few months. I’d been talking to people from Chicago for several months trying to find out more about him, having just tagged him for his flyover, when he skipped the Carson City event I was covering for SEIU in this video, flying over Carson City to do a fundraiser, in Beverly Hills.

Takes you back… though this isn’t about rehashing the primaries. Kris, you’re starting trouble again!

Seems like a lifetime ago doesn’t it?

I do remember her launch and I wasn’t very impressed at all. In fact I don’t think she warmed up until the teary eye thing in NH.

I also remember how smoking this site was. Wow we went over 1000 comments on one thread at one point. Lots’ of fun, lot’s of passion and lot’s of hope.

    Oh well.

I missed you on MSNBC today. Any chance you can put it up?

  7. kris says:

Well that will kill GMA. He’s not very warm and fuzzy, nor does he seem to have a good sense of humor. Things needed these days for a.m. shows.

  8. Taylor Marsh says:

We tore it up, kris, that’s for sure.

I didn’t get to tape it, unfortunately. It was indeed a lot of fun.

Invoked Gingrich shutting down gov. back in the 1990s, equating it to what Judd Gregg wants to do. Said Rep. should knock themselves out trying to shut down the Senate. A split TV scene of free health clinics would tilt voters Dems’ way.

Said GOP was against equal pay for women, pro-rape, and against preventative health care for us gals, too.

    Always enjoy these things.

Oh, and just like predicted, the day of the jobs summit, Mitt Romney lands on Larry King Live tonight!

It’s our anniversary and my hubby’s home early (I’ve been so busy)…. so, I’ve got (ahem) things to do! ;-)

  9. kris says:

    Have a great anniversary. Enjoy.

  10. Lake Lady says:

Best thing to happen to the President all week.

  11. lynnette says:

Happy Anniversary, Taylor. I didn’t know you were on MSNBC today – what show? I would have tried to watch it. Kris, you’re too funny. I am surprised at Russ Feingold – he should know better. Does he have a wife or daughter?? Gheez. This is so unbelievable, in my book.

  12. dafederalist says:

    Happy Anniversary TAYLOR!

  13. Taylor Marsh says:

Thanks lynnette. I put it in the a.m. post, being in the 3-4 pm hour. It was fun.

    Dafederalist, appreciate that very much.
