    Good article.. I especially like the irony that the “senior Republican official” dispatched to Alaska to do the intervention on Palin is named—- Nick AYERS

    I’ve talked about this and Peter Daou has written about it. From the article:

    “She’s very young and she has a long time to be a potential candidate and to mature and develop a thicker skin,” said Janet Kincaid, a supporter in Palmer. “In politics, you’ve got to just let it roll or it will eat you alive.”
