Haven't run 800x600 for sometime, at least not since my Windows 95 days back in the 90's. I've been all Mac since 2003 and have not looked back. I run both an iMac and MacBook and an iPhone when those aren't handy. Partner and I are shopping for a new big screen since our "60 started ghosting. I would tell everyone to avoid projection LCD's as the optical blocks cost almost as much as the TV and need to be replaced every other lamp or so.

That gainfully employed part is scary! My college aged son wants to be a screenwriter - I have a feeling we’ll be subsidizing him for many years to come!

LOL. My youngest is an Art major, so we're in the same boat...the oldest is super practical and happy in a corpotrate job, go figure :=)

The republicans always seem to be teflon coated. Vitter was so outspoken about Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky. Several years later we find out he has a diaper fetish and he's still in office.

I think all the Republican’s who are acting morally superior to Dashel, and the others this week, should let us look into their taxes, nannies, drivers, and housekeepers. Before they start casting stones…. cause you know they are living in taxpayer paid glass houses.
_______

If McCain had won we'd be hearing the same or worse about some of his picks, guaranteed.

What does chief performance officer do? I might be interested

Obama:

"I said that we must scour this budget, line-by-line, eliminating what we don’t need, or what doesn’t work, and improving the things that do.

As the first Chief Performance Officer, working with Peter Orszag and Rob Nabors at the Office of Management and Budget, Nancy Killefer is uniquely qualified to lead that effort."
