What’s Hillary Doing on Her Birthday Today?

“We want a tide that doesn’t just lift the yachts,” she said. “We want to lift everyone up.” – Senator Hillary Clinton
Well, if what she’s done so far during the general election cycle is any indication she’ll be working to elect O-Biden and more Democrats to Congress. She’s already done a lot, raising over $1.1 million through HillPAC.
Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.) has returned to electoral politics with full force. The last step in her reengagement — after her disappointing second-place finish to Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) in the presidential nomination sweepstakes — was jump-starting her political action committee, Hill PAC. Clinton did that late last month when she issued the first campaign contributions to congressional Democratic candidates since 2006, cutting $75,000 worth of checks to 14 campaigns for the House and Senate and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, according to reports filed Monday with the Federal Election Commission.
Many candidates you can help at HillPAC.
Visualizing victory for a moment, though there’s still so much to do… Electing down ticket Dems will make President Obama and Vice President Biden’s jobs much easier. So if you want to send Hillary a little token of appreciation on her birthday, try donating $5 bucks to candidates we’re all trying to elect. She’d get the message.
Happy Birthday, Hillary. You’ve had one hell of a year.
