In other words, yet another devastating defeat for the presumptuous nominee.
From CNN exit polls, it appears to be a 2-1 victory or better for Clinton in Puerto Rico. She is also dominating every demographic. Once again, he simply has not been able to connect with Hispanic voters, and this problem has never been more obvious than today.
Despite these margins, there’s much talk of lower-than-expected turnout. However, that is not certain. From Fox News:
Kenneth McClintock, the Puerto Rico Senate president, said that he was hearing late reports that voting had picked up. He said 20 percent turnout would be about 460,000 voters. “We had a very slow start in the morning, but it seems like it’s picking up. I think we might have at least a 500,000-person turnout. I am getting anecdotal information from places … where we are getting 30-35 percent turnouts so that balances out place where you’re only getting 10 percent turnout,” McClintock told FOX News.
Stay tuned! Hillary will be speaking soon.
