Ohio – Texas – Rhode Island – Vermont

Did Obama close the deal? Vermont has been called for him, as expected. Big anti war vote in this state.

Or will Clinton change the game and get the headlines?

The delegate count is all over the map, most in Obama’s favor. But superdelegates can flip, especially if the daily story lines change like they have over NAFTA-gate.

Whoever says Clinton should get out has absolutely no credibility. If Clinton wins Texas, a bigger hurdle where she at least needs to keep it close. Ohio and Rhode Island are musts, but may inspire superdelegates to freeze in place, especially if Texas is close (or if she wins).

C-SPAN quick take interview for me in this hour, around 7:55 p.m. eastern; then another one around 9:00 p.m.
