Obama Plagiarism Story Makes ET

How many times do we have to say this? "Fired up and ready to go"
began with the
NAACP
in South Carolina. Obama didn’t write this line.

Meanwhile, some
people are getting nervous
.

"Is Barack Obama the Messiah?" asks one of several Web sites lampooning
the hyperventilation of Obama’s more overwrought admirers.

An example came from Jan Young, a 56-year-old convert from Hillary Clinton:
"It’s almost like the Messiah," she said at an Obama rally in Minnesota.
"You feel something coming from him."

When Oprah Winfrey endorsed Obama in Iowa, she proclaimed, "I believe
he is The One." It was a line straight out of "The Matrix."

… .. Republican John McCain went even further in his Super Tuesday slam
on Obama.

"I do not seek the presidency on the presumption that I am blessed with
such personal greatness that history has anointed me to save my country in
its hour of need," he said tartly.

Obama appears to have heard the rumblings.

Last week in Janesville, Wis., he told a crowd that he would "take
it down a notch" and give them a speech that was "a little more
detailed, a little longer, with not as many applause lines."

I wonder how playing campaign conductor will work. The people must constantly
be fed or they’ll become restless. It’s the road show they’ve come to expect.

I’m with Craig Crawford. Yes we can WHAT? See SusanUnPC for more.
