Mr. Edsall’s All Male Forum

26 November 2007 9:11 am by Taylor Marsh

Talking about John Edwards’ populism is a good thing. Unfortunately, Huffington
Post political editor decided that only
men were important enough to respond
. No doubt he’ll contact the girls when they decide to
cover women’s issues. Can’t have us weighing in on weighty matters like policy, now can you?

To note, the Edwards campaign had nothing to do with this insult.

To make matters worse, they tapped into Joe wouldn’t know the truth about
FISA if it hit him in his head
Klein.

JOE KLEIN, TIME MAGAZINE:

I don’t think it’s quite fair, either…in part because of the reason that
Krugman cites….I think also, fairly or not, Edwards is tarred by his gazillions,
his haircuts, and house, and by the perception that this is just expediency
on his part. Paul Wellstone would have been a much truer test. Fred Harris,
too.

In the era of the first viable female candidate, whether you like her or not, you’ve got to wonder if Mr.
Edsall is prepared for his post.

Feel free to let Mr. Edsall know how you feel.
