Ned Lamont Matches Stephen Colbert

“I think George Bush is driving this country into a ditch,
and if Joe Lieberman won't challenge him I will.”
Ned
Lamont

Confidence is a beautiful thing.

Ned Lamont has it.

He looked like a senator last night. Lamont took every question, answered it fully, then turned the floor back to Colbert. Iraq, the Middle East, Israel, everything was up for discussion and Lamont didn't flinch.

Lieberman refused Colbert's invitation. Frankly, I think it's sad when an incumbent
senator doesn't have the stones to come on Comedy Central and mix it up. Sure,
it's Stephen Colbert, which isn't easy, but ducking interviews is spineless.
Lieberman evidently ducked another interview in Connecticut, too.

Oh, and Joe won't talk about Iraq either.

“Only the Iraqis can solve this; we can't do it at the barrel
of a gun.”
– Ned Lamont

Ned Lamont is right. Joe Lieberman “enables” Bush. He also advises to “stay the course”
in Iraq. Yeah, that's working.

Thanks to Spazeboy, for the You
Tube video.

Thanks to Ned Lamont for his challenge to Joe Lieberman. He makes me proud to be a Democrat.
